If youre coming here without having played A Dark Room, I strongly suggest you play ADR first. This prequel is much more interesting if you have played ADR beforehand, and ADR is definitely worth it.

To anyone else or anyone who just wants to know how this game is: First off, I prefer ADR, although thats my preference. Second off, this game is HARD. Its basically a rougelite. Actions you make minimally affect your next life. And you will be moving from life to life, that is to say you will be dying, a lot. But its fun. It is very, very fun, and quite difficult.

Tl;dr: Very hard game. Get it if you enjoyed ADR.
